This AppSumo-paid tester initially reported onboarding, file-upload and team-limit concerns. The tester later raised the score from three to five and said those concerns had been addressed. Treat this as disclosed paid testing and historical issues, not an independent unresolved complaint.

Suitable for a small team willing to test an early product. We did not establish a current independent negative-review pattern; the tiny review base is itself a limitation. Verify imports, export options and credit use before replacing an established feedback system.
How we would evaluate it
Import a handful of real requests, merge duplicates and publish a sample release note. Check whether you can trace a request from intake to resolution. Start small before moving your entire support or planning history.
